Terms of Sale

These terms govern the sale of treatments, packages and gift cards (vouchers) offered by L'Oasi delle Donne, including remotely through the website www.oasidelledonne.it. By making a purchase, the customer confirms they have read and accepted them.

Wellness activity under Italian Law 4/2013. Treatments are for relaxation and wellbeing and have no therapeutic or medical purpose.

2. Prices

Prices for treatments and gift cards are expressed in euros and shown on the website and at the studio. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applied to the customer is the one in force at the time of purchase or booking.

3. Bookings and payments

Appointments are booked through the Calendly service or by contacting the studio directly. Online bookings require a booking deposit (see section 4), paid at the time of booking through Stripe on secure pages managed by the payment provider; the balance for the treatment is paid at the studio using the accepted methods. Gift card payments are made online through Gift Up, on equally secure pages of the payment provider.

4. Booking deposit

To confirm an appointment, a deposit of € 30 (60-minute treatments) or € 50 (90-minute treatments) is required, paid online at the time of booking. The booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been paid. On the day of the appointment the deposit is deducted in full from the price of the treatment.

The deposit is not refundable in cash. The appointment may be rescheduled once only, with at least 24 hours' notice: in that case the deposit remains valid for the new appointment. In the event of a no-show, of a cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, or of a second rescheduling, the deposit is retained.

As these are leisure services to be provided on a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to booked treatments (Art. 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code).

5. Gift cards, vouchers and packages

Gift cards, vouchers and treatment packages are personal, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Mandatory rights granted by law, set out below, remain unaffected.

Validity. Unless otherwise stated on the voucher or agreed in writing, gift cards, vouchers and treatment packages are valid for 6 months from the purchase date; after this term they can no longer be used or refunded.

Use and transferability. The gift card is redeemed by booking an appointment and providing its code; it is issued in the recipient's name and cannot be transferred to third parties after its first use. Treatment packages are strictly personal: they cannot be transferred to third parties, nor shared or split between several people, and the sessions they include may be used exclusively by the named holder.

6. Right of withdrawal (online purchases)

For purchases made remotely through the website (Gift Up payment), consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, under Art. 52 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), only if the gift card or voucher has not been used. To exercise this right, simply send a notice to info@oasidelledonne.it; the refund is issued using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the request.

Exclusions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to: (i) gift cards and vouchers already used, even partially; (ii) treatments booked for a specific date, as leisure services (Art. 59(1)(n) of the Consumer Code); (iii) the remaining value of packages already started.

7. Cancellations and no-shows

For appointments confirmed with a deposit, the rules in section 4 apply: a single reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice keeps the deposit valid, while in the event of a cancellation, a change with less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show the deposit is retained. For appointments booked without a deposit (for example sessions included in packages or gift cards), cancellations and changes require at least 24 hours' notice: in the event of late cancellation or a no-show the session may be considered used and deducted from the package or gift card.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

Any complaint may be sent to info@oasidelledonne.it. Consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The consumer remains protected by the more favourable mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
